The 58th annual Grand Parade will be held
on July 23, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. It begins at
1500 So Main Street and proceeds north on
Main Street to 400 North.
The Parade is a big event with about 85 entries. Entries are sponsored by churches,
civic groups, businesses, and others. Over 200 volunteers make
it happen on parade day. Hundreds of others begin making preparations
months before the parade.
Participation in the Parade:
Participation in the parade is subject to approval of the parade
committee and subject to parade regulations.
Organizations wishing to participate in the parade must complete
an application and submit it to the parade committee along
with a $50 entry fee by June 22, 2008.

David's/Design Werks class schedule for float season is as follows:
April 10

June 12
These are all on Thursday at 7:00 pm. These classes are at our Design Werks facility ar 130 South Redwood Road, Suite F in North Salt Lake.
By July 12, 2008 a list of entries will be posted on this website showing each
entry's number in the parade and a map showing where to line up on the day of
the parade. There will be no materials mailed to parade entries unless they have
notified the committee by July 10 that a mailing is necessary.
