Grand Parade Application

Application Due June 25, 2010

First, please read carefully and agree to the following terms:

  • We acknowledge that all decisions of the Handcart Days Committee are final.
  • We agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of Handcart Days. Rules regarding candy will be strictly enforced.
  • We agree that in the event this parade application is approved by Handcart Days, we will be fully responsible for our actions, equipment and personnel, and we will conduct ourselves in a safe and lawful manner, and further agree to hold Handcart Days, its officers and agents harmless from any liability caused by our actions, personnel or equipment. We agree to indemnify Handcart Days or its agents for any loss suffered as a consequence of our actions.
  • We will provide our own drinking water during the parade.
  • We will comply with all parade requirements and rules.

  • If Yes: You agree to provide at least 2 walkers on each side of entry and not throw items from the float or entry. You also agree to not throw any items after you turn on 400 North West as this is a State Road and you may be fined.
