Entertainment for the 2017 Handcart Days will be amazing! Don’t miss any of it! Beginning on Friday afternoon, leave your blankets and chairs, and enjoy the entertainment until 5:30; then, again, after the parade! Saturday morning activities begin at 8:45 with Family Games, and entertainment continues all day long! THERE WILL BE RANDOM DRAWINGS FOR GIFT CARDS, GIFT BASKETS, AND OTHER SURPRISES ALL DAY, BOTH DAYS!! (Must be present to win!)


Friday, July 21

1:30    
Sheltered Reality Drumline” (Positive, success support group from Midwest; audience drum lessons lead to an amazing, heart-pounding performance)
2:20 Ballet Folklorico Tutulli” (A non-profit, amazing Mexican Dance group, performing native Mexican dances from various locations throughout Mexico)
3:00 PitchPerfect’s “On Pitch Performing Arts” (Davis County theatrical company, performing parts from upcoming “Wizard of Oz” with local talent)
3:50 Bluegrass Thunder” (Bluegrass Band—heart-pounding, toe-stomping fantastic music; they have performed all over the country, and their patriotic songs are requested over and over)
4:40 Vision” (this amazing family-friendly band plays to all ages, and has played all over Utah for years, including at Lagoon, various 4th of July celebrations, and will get you ready for the parade)
7:30 Leaping Lulu” (A Neo-Traditional Irish Folk Band to liven up your evening with the scintillating rhythms and lively music)
8:00 Live Band Dancing (family-fun square dancing to a live band and caller before the fireworks start)

10:00 Bountiful High Jazz Band (great jazz music to get your heart pounding and your feet tapping to this amazing group)
10:40 Jim Dale (Baritone/Bass singer who has performed all through the Wasatch Valley, and beyond, who will croon his way into your hearts with his Jazz and roadway renditions.)
11:30 Maddie Wilson (Utah-native, award-winning country singer/songwriter, voted Nashville’s “One to Watch!” Don’t miss her performance of her song, “A Love Like Theirs,” dedicated to her parents)
12:30 Thompson Lane Dancers (nationally known; this year performing choreography from Chicago & Newsies, they have been a popular staple at Handcart Days)
1:20 “Spirit Eagle Dancers” (Nationally known Native American cultural educational dance group to share their heritage with their audiences)
2:00 “Celtic Beat” Irish Dancers (Traditional Irish Dance Group, performs in jig and reel-time rhythm; an always-requested favorite group)
2:40 Endless Summer” (a “Beach Boy” type musical band; the 60’s and 70’s come alive when they play!  Endless Summer is a favorite for all ages)
